Grace Team Skiers "CORE7" and "ROOT1%"

Wow what a push! Sarah, "The Grace Team Coordinator" or as we call her Sarah, put together a media blitz that reeled in serious athletes. We couldn't be more proud of her efforts. What we got from her blitz was videos, resumes, poems and competition results and bathrobes. Almost 100 skiers, both Alpine and Telemark came out of the woodwork and impressed us. We
invited 7 to join our CORE team. If they sign their respetive contracts we will have a very respectable crew of skiers on Grace skis. Giving needed feedback to advance the process as best we can. The "Core7" (that is a cool nickname) proved to be high character, highly connected and willing to grow with us. We thank them for accepting Grace for what it is. With their help we will dominate Colorado this year..what shall we dominate next year?

Grace also extended an invitation to a ROOTS TEAM. (roots1%) We didn't have this as an option at first. Thinking back to our respective competitive days, having a ski company back you, you ski more profoundly, you have support, motivation and a small chip on your shoulder. You have a team of players making you better! We hope to deliver that feeling to the ones that accept the ROOTS team contracts. Perfect "foot in the door" into an industry that rarely helps the athletes that define the top 1%. The money isn't in this demographic. 1%, why would any company target 1%? Grace Asks, why wouldn't you? We don't make a ski that skis easy, we don't make a ski that initiates into a turn at 2mph on "school marm". We are striving to make a ski that defines the 1%. A ski that will not let you down post a 30 footer or deep into a turn on 50 degree glacier ice. We look to the roots team (lets call it ROOT1%) to help us define themselves as skiers, the skis and Grace.

What we have going into 2012 is a solid CORE7 and a ROOT1% group of kids, men, women, mothers, fathers, but deep down they are all SKIERS looking to to do what 99% of the skiing public wishes they were doing.

Grace thanks everyone that participated. Ski well and as always "TIGHTEN YOUR DIN"
