Major Progress

This is what one gets when they "design" in Auto Cad, export to Sketchup, create a 3D model import to Rhino and save as an STL. Open the STL in Visual Mill. Create G-code and savethen open in EMC2. Final results will be in tomorrow as this picture is just MDF.
We CNCed a core out of pine as well with the same file and bits, it is PERFECT. So tomorrow the bits will hit Bamboo and poplar for a Kylie 196 prototype!

We spent quality time learning the CNC software, but from here forward we can tweak any ski core in minutes and the tolerances are spot on. Rinse and repeat from here!!!
