A company is only as good as the people it has driving the bus. We are fortunate to have a team of individuals pushing Grace Skis into contention. When one steps out to create a company our best advice is to surround the brand with individuals that care, compete and create art on a daily basis. We have countless people in our lane that push us along, from family to friends to reps that make this bus drive. Inside the bus we have individuals sitting tight, jamming their respective tunes, skiing their respective lines and making personal decisions that have helped Grace become relevant.
To simplify the lesson:
Set the goal, let everyone that cares achieve that goal in their own way, at their own pace and doing it within their personality, skills and style. Just like skiing!
